Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced, quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:

Supervise daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant.
Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and safety standards are met.
Handle cash management procedures, including daily deposits and financial reporting.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the quick-service fast-food restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Experience with cash handling procedures and financial management.
Background in hospitality management or food service management is preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
