Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our fast-paced quick service restaurant in St. Cloud, FL. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, food quality, customer service, financial performance, and team culture. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, build a strong team environment, and drive results while maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, food quality, and exceptional guest service.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and management staff.
  • Create employee schedules and manage labor to meet operational goals.
  • Ensure all food preparation and safety procedures are followed according to company and health department standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control food and operational costs.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities including deposits, reporting, and accountability procedures.
  • Drive sales growth through excellent service, local marketing initiatives, and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Lead the restaurant during peak hours while maintaining strong communication with staff and leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Previous management experience in the quick-service or fast-food restaurant industry required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience with food safety standards, inventory management, and labor control.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Cash handling and financial management experience preferred.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
