Marco's Pizza is seeking Shift Leaders. 

Job Details: 
  • This position supervises the entire crew and all work stations in the day-to-day operations of a pizza store on either day or night shifts.
  • We are looking for our future MANAGERS NOW! as we are building MULTIPLE NEW STORES.
  •  Belleview opened a few months ago. New areas are being looked at all the time!
  • Part of your workweek is "Closing the store" (on some nights) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day.

You don't have to have prior Fast Food experience. It's useful, but not necessary. We teach you all about our Marco's Pizza system. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be.

Location: 13721 N US Hwy 441, Unit 7 Lady Lake FL 32159

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too.
  • Product, Service, and Image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco's. 
  • We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS, we are willing to train if you have what it takes. 
  • We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers. 
  • They are very well paid and have exciting incentives in place.
  • We recently Built a store in Belleview and Fenney (Magnolia) both adjacent to Publix.
  • We also have positions available at our Wildwood location.

The position will train you to give you the management experience you will not only need with us but with any employer you ever work for in the future. We have lots of opportunity for growth for those who want it and work hard for it. Fast-paced, FUN environment. Will train you to work all positions in the restaurant, and train you on how to manage people and shifts.
